On 25 March 2020, our office in Dublin received the Official Certificate of Registration in the Register of Copyright Licensing Bodies in the Intellectual Property Office of Ireland.
Radiopro Rights Management Limited (RRML) was informed that the Controller has approved our application for registration, with effect from 1st May 2020.
Also, the Compliance Report, which our Board of Directors prepared and submitted, has been accepted by the Controller and RRML is deemed to be in compliance with the requirements of Statutory Instrument 156 – European Union (Collective Rights Management) (Directive 2014/25/EU) Regulations 2016.
