We offer our rightholders’ music works through our distributors, allowing you to purchase a licence for the commercial use of our Repertoire.
Our company, RadioPro Rights Management Limited, operates as a Collective Management Organisation (CMO) as described in the directive 2014/26/EU of the European Parliament and the Council of 26 February, 2014, offering our Artists fair copyright management.
RadioPro Rights Management Limited complies with the definition of a licensing body specified in section 265 of the Copyright and Related Rights Act 2000 and the definition of a Collective Management Organisation (CMO), as described in Regulation 2 of the European Union (Collective Rights Management) (Directive 2014/26/EU) Regulations 2016 (S.I. No. 156/2016) and in the Article 3 (a) of the EU Directive 2014/26/EU.
When you purchase a music license from our platform and use the Artistic work in your project, you will receive an official license certificate, stating that you will not pay any other Collective Management of Related Rights for the use of the music.
The Artists working with us guarantee that they will not file a claim against you for the musical works you licensed through us and that you are entitled to use the music in your projects, even for commercial purposes.
